The team behind your team.

About us

We exist for one reason: to give accounting practices execution capacity without the overhead of hiring.

PN

Founded by Priya Pradeep Nair

Built C&A to solve the problem she saw every practice struggling with.

Every accounting practice hits the same wall. Your qualified staff spend half their week on bookkeeping, bank recs, payroll runs, and chasing invoices. Work that has to be done, but doesn't need their expertise. Hiring more people adds overhead, training time, and management load. That's the gap C&A fills.

Priya built Counts & Accounts to be the execution layer that practices can plug in without disruption. No new systems. No retraining. Just qualified capacity, available when you need it, invisible to your clients.

Your brand, always

Your clients should never know we exist. Every piece of work goes out under your name, your letterhead, your standards.
